One leadership moment I went through during spring break was I was promoted to assistant manger during spring break. I managed four days last week. It was just one server and I during the morning I manged from 11-4. Friday I ended up managing from 11-9 which was horrible I got into a argument with a customer which I regret which leads me to my lesson. I already knew about this but I shouldn't let me emotions take hold of me especially when fixing a customer's problem. I was very rude due to him being very rude to me and talking to me like a first grader in the beginning. He wanted to speak to the general manger so I gave him her number and told him the best times to call her. So I wish I would've killed him with kindness instead of being as rude as I was.

nice job.... good reflection.. interesting when you said that you regret what happened and you also have the solution that you should have used. If you see this customer again... take the high road and apologize... talk to your manger too to see how this turned out. If you want.. let me know. Blog #3 is in
